MSc in economics and business administration from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), specialising in finance. Took the MSc while studying for a Master's degree in law at the University of Oslo.

Anders Onarheim Chief Executive Officer BW LPG (OSLO: BWLPG)
Anders Onarheim's extensive knowledge in management, business development and capital markets was acquired when he was the Managing Director in companies within Carnegie Group for over 16 years, and subsequently as an active investor primarily in the energy space.
Prior to Carnegie, Mr Onarheim served as the Head of Equities of Enskilda Securities Norway from 1994 to 1996. From 1990 to 1994, he served as an Executive Director in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs in the UK. From 1986 to 1990, he was Vice President for institutional sales in Merrill Lynch in the US and the UK. Mr Onarheim has held numerous board memberships within different industries and is currently Chairman of the board of North Energy ASA and Ocean GeoLoop AS, and board member of Reach Subsea ASA. He joined BW LPG as CEO in early 2020 after serving on the Board from November 2013 until May 2020.
He holds a MBA from the Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated in 1986.

Ted B. Young Chief Financial Officer Dorian LPG Ltd.
Theodore B. Young has served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of Dorian LPG Ltd. since July 2013, and as head of corporate development for Eagle Ocean from 2011 to 2013. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Young was a Senior Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Irving Place Capital (IPC), where he worked on investments in the industrial, transportation and business services sectors. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Young was a principal at Harvest Partners, a New York-based middle market buyout firm, from 1997 to 2004. There, Mr. Young was active in industrial transactions and played a key role in the firm's multinational investment strategy. Prior to his career in private equity, Mr. Young was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and SBC Warburg Dillon Read and its predecessors in New York, Zurich, and London.
Mr. Young holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a major in accounting.

Mads Peter Zacho Chief Executive Officer Navigator Holdings (NVGS)
Mr. Zacho has worked in shipping for almost 20 years, most recently as the Head of Industry Transition at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, since November 2020. From November 2016 to August 2020, Mads was CEO for J. Lauritzen A/S and was also CFO for TORM plc from September 2013 to November 2016 and CFO for Svitzer between 2010 and 2013. Mads was Deputy Head of Treasury for A.P. Møller-Mærsk between 2004 and 2010.
Mads spent the first 10 years of his career in the financial industry in Denmark and the United States and brings shipping experience from several shipping segments, namely the gas tanker, dry bulk, product tanker, container and towage segments.
Mads has an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development, Lausanne.
