Infrastructure generally refers to the network facilities and physical plant which enables productivity in an economy. In this webinar, members of the investment team at Reaves Asset Management will present an overview and outlook for three key infrastructure sectors: utilities, communications, and energy. Reaves has been researching and investing in these sectors on behalf of its clients for more than four decades.

Dennis is the Director of ETF & Closed-End Fund Strategy at ALPS. He is widely recognized as an expert in the field and has been cited for both his closed-end as well as ETF work in numerous publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, and Mutual Funds Magazine. Prior to joining ALPS Dennis was a Managing Director and the head of Citigroup's ETF & Closed-End Fund Research group. Before joining Citigroup Dennis worked at Merrill Lynch as its Senior Bond Fund Analyst in its Closed-End Fund Research department. He received a BBA Degree in Marketing from Pace University and an MBA in Finance & Management Information Systems from Syracuse University.

Ronald J. Sorenson joined Reaves Asset Management in 1991.

Mr. Sorenson was elected Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in September, 2005 after previously holding the position of Chief Investment Officer. He is also responsible for portfolio management and development of private client accounts.

Before joining Reaves Asset Management, Mr. Sorenson was a co-owner and Portfolio Manager of an investment advisory firm, PVF Inc. He was also Director of the BMC Fund Inc., a closely held mutual fund. He has more than 35 years experience in the investment industry, and has served as Chairman of the Board for American Life Insurance Company of New York.

For nine years Mr. Sorenson lived in London, England where he was engaged, on behalf of private investors, in managing investments in the United States in both listed securities and private equity. Before moving to London, Mr. Sorenson practiced public accounting with Arthur Young & Co. where he gained experience with companies in a variety of industries, including energy and technology.

Mr. Sorenson received an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA degree from Columbia University, where he concentrated in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant.



John P. Bartlett

John P. Bartlett joined Reaves in 1995. Mr. Bartlett is a twenty three year industry veteran who specializes in the analysis of electric utilities. He is also one of the Firm's portfolio managers.

Mr. Bartlett's observations and opinions have appeared in publications such as Barron's. He has also appeared on Bloomberg Television's "Market Pulse" and "Taking Stock" as well as CNBC's "Closing Bell".

Mr. Bartlett received a B.A. from Connecticut College. He is a CFA Charterholder.

In addition, Mr. Bartlett's currently serves on the Investment Committee of a charitable endowment. He currently lives in Princeton, NJ with his wife and three children.
