Constantinos is the managing partner of the firm and heads the Mergers and Acquisitions law Practice and is a member of the Banking and Finance Group of the firm. He has worked on all types of corporate transactions including privatizations and large scale projects, share purchase transactions, asset purchases, restructurings, mergers (domestic and cross border), acquisitions, spin offs, formation of Joint Ventures and disposals. A large proportion of Constantinos's work is in relation to cross-border or multi-country transactions. He led the team at LLF in the first ever CBM to be completed under Greek law and since then he has advised clients in completing complicated cross border mergers.
He also acts for private equity funds and multinational corporations in contested public and private M&A advising various private equity funds on MBO's/LBO's and IPO’s.
Constantinos Lambadarios is also an accredited mediator and heads the mediation department at the firm and has been appointed as an ICC arbitrator.
He has in depth experience on complicated Due Diligence exercises and leading projects to financial close for financial institutions and a wide array of institutional investors on corporate share purchase and asset purchase transactions in areas such as banking, NPL’s, Oil and Gas, tourism and hotel management, mining, insurance, food industry, software development, wood and pulp production, payment systems, IT infrastructure, transportation, train rolling stock, real estate and REICs, energy, renewables, music/media industry and others.
Mrs. Lazaridou is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Strathclyde UK.
Ms. Lazaridou has more than 25 years of experience in the banking sector, having held the position of the General Manager in Corporate & Investment Banking in the Banking sector for over 10 years. At the same time - and in the context of her above responsibilities - she has served successfully as Chairman of the Board of Directors to subsidiaries of Banks, as well as an executive member of Bank's senior committees. Through this role, she has acquired a deep knowledge of the country's infrastructure and energy sectors, contributing strongly to their rapid growth.
In 2017, joined Gek Terna Group's proposal to join the GT group, assuming the position of General Financial Manager with focus on defining financial policy and management. Since December 2019, Mrs. Lazaridou is Executive Board Member of GEK TERNA S.A. listed company.
She is also member of the ExCo Committee of the ICC (Hellas international Chamber of Commerce) women.
Mrs. Eleni Vrettou is Executive General Manager, Chief of Corporate and Investment Banking at Piraeus Bank S.A..
She is responsible for the design, implementation and overseeing of the Bank’s strategy across the entire wholesale area, including Large Corporate, SMEs, Shipping, Structured Finance, Real Estate and Hospitality, Agricultural Segment, as well as Transaction Banking products and Investment Banking. Within her span of responsibilities are included Piraeus Securities S.A. and ETVA Industrial Development S.A., while she is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Factoring S.A. and also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Leasing S.A., Piraeus Leases and Piraeus Financial Leasing single Member S.A. She is also member of the Board of Directors of ETVA Industrial Development S.A. Additionally, she is a member of the Executive Committee of the Bank and various senior committees of the group.
She joined Piraeus Bank Group in April 2019 after having worked for 14 years at HSBC Bank Plc in Greece and United Kingdom. In her latest role, Eleni was a Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking in Greece, while prior to that she had served as the Head of Multinationals and Business Development for HSBC in CEE/CIS, Mediterranean and SubSaharan regions. Prior to HSBC, Eleni had worked for Greek and foreign financial institutions in Athens and New York in the fields of Credit and Risk Management and Investment Banking.
Mrs. Vrettou holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA), is a native Greek speaker and speaks five foreign languages. She is married and mother of two children.
Yannis Emiris was born in Athens in 1963. He is a graduate of the Athens School of Economic Sciences and Business Administration and holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School. In 1989 he had carried a degree of Certified Public Accounting in the United States.
He has worked as a certified public accountant in Price Waterhouse in New York, while from 1991 he has been working in the field of Investment Banking in Alpha Bank. From 2004 till July 2012 he was heading the Investment Banking and Project Finance division of Alpha Bank.
He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund from August 2012 until July 2014. In 2014 he was appointed Executive General Manager of Private and Investment Banking in Alpha Bank and in December of 2019 he was appointed General Manager of Wholesale Banking.
During his career, he has executed significant assignments in the fields of Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Corporate and Debt Restructurings & Privatizations and numerous Project & Corporate financings.
Born in Germany in 1968, he holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the National Technical University in Athens and an MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance from the Cass Business School in London. Joined Eurobank in 1995 as a Fixed Income Trader and in 2000 became the Head of Fixed Income Trading. In 2003 took over the responsibility as Head of Trading for the whole Group. In 2007 became Group Treasurer of Eurobank and since 2013 is responsible for the Global Markets & Treasury General Division, while in March 2015 was promoted to General Manager and in July 2019 became a member of the Executive Board Committee and took over responsibilities for the Equity and Asset Management Business of the Group.
Vassilis Karamouzis holds the position of General Manager of Corporate and Investment Banking at National Bank of Greece since January 2020. Prior to that he held the role of Assistant General Manager of Corporate and Investment and Banking which he took when he joined NBG in September 2017.
Before joining NBG, he worked for 8 years (2009-2017) at HSBC in various managerial positions: he started at HSBC in Greece as Head of Global Market Sales and Debt Capital Markets for Greece and Cyprus. Later on he moved to HSBC in London, where he worked as Head of Structured Finance Origination for Southern Europe and Capital Financing for Greece and Cyprus, and after that as Managing Director, Member of EMEA Financing Management and Head of Investment Banking Greece and Cyprus.
He started his professional career in 2001 at Deutsche Bank in London, where he stayed until mid-2009. Initially he worked in Hedge Fund Sales, while in the period 2006-2009 he held the position of Head of FX and Commodities Sales for Greece and Middle East.
Vassilis Karamouzis holds an MSc in Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London and a bachelor degree of Economics from the University of Piraeus.
