Del Stafford, CFA, Managing Director, is Global Head of the Multi-Asset Portfolio & Investment Consulting team within BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies Group. This team consults directly with investment advisors to develop tailored portfolio solutions primarily through asset allocation and risk analysis. This is executed across multiple asset classes and product structures, including active and passive mandates with expertise in iShares ETFs. Mr. Stafford's service with the firm dates back to 2008, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Prior to that, he spent over 16 years at The Vanguard Group, where he recently worked with the firm's current and prospective defined benefit plan clients to structure custom investment solutions. Mr. Stafford also worked as a senior portfolio manager within Vanguard's Fixed Income Group, with responsibility for managing institutional, separately managed and stable value portfolios. Mr. Stafford earned a BS degree in finance from Bloomsburg University and a MBA degree from LaSalle University.

Nicole M. Torkelsen, Director, leads the iShares Messaging and Communications (iMAC) team within iShares Product Marketing Group. She is responsible for driving effective, useful and timely resources for the iShares sales team. Ms. Torkelsen's service with the firm dates back to 2008, where she worked in the iShares Product Strategy and Development team. Prior to joining BGI, she brings 11 years of institutional experience having worked 8 years at Callan Associates, as a Senior Vice President. During her tenure at Callan, Ms. Torkelsen created and lead Callan's Communication Consulting practice to assist investment managers with effective marketing/communications efforts. Ms. Torkelsen earned her MBA and BS degrees from San Francisco State University in 1994 and 1997, respectively.
