Jeff Kernagis, CFA, currently manages exchange-traded funds (ETFs) or Invesco PowerShares, including the Buy-Write and taxable fixed-income portfolios. Prior to joining Invesco PowerShares, Mr. Kernagis was a portfolio manager at Claymore Securities, Inc. from 2005 to 2007.

Prior to that, Mr. Kernagis was a senior trader at Mid-States Corporate Federal Credit Union from 2004 to 2005 and a vice president of institutional futures sales at ABN Amro, Inc. from 1994 to 2003.

Mr. Kernagis is a CFA charterholder and is a FINRA General Securities Series 7 Representative. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Joseph Becker s a product strategy manager with Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC, a registered investment company that sponsors the PowerShares family of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Invesco PowerShares is Leading the Intelligent ETF Revolution, a new generation of ETFs.

In his role as product strategy manager, Joseph develops and manages product specific strategies, collaborating with marketing, compliance, research, sales and portfolio management to better position the product link within the market.

Prior to joining Product Strategy & Research in 2010, Joseph served as the manger of education marketing for Invesco PowerShares. In that role, he was responsible for the creation of educational content for both institutional and retail investors. Joseph has been with Invesco PowerShares since 2008 and brings more than a decade of investment industry experience to his role.

Joseph holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Trinity Western University in British Columbia, Canada. He is also a FINRA registered general securities representative and a registered options principal.
