Dodd Kittsley, Director, is Global Head of ETP Research for BlackRock. He was previously Head of Due Diligence for iShares and a Director of Sales Strategy at BGI, leading a team that created and delivered ETP product and industry related insights. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Kittsley held research and fund due diligence positions at State Street Global Advisors and Morgan Stanley. He has published extensively and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and in the media. Mr. Kittsley earned a B.A. degree from the Hamilton College and a Masters degree from University of Houston. He holds various U.S. securities licenses. He received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a member of CFA® Institute Panelists:

Mariana Bush, CFA Senior Analyst, Wells Fargo Advisors |
Mariana Bush, CFA, heads the closed-end fund (CEF) and exchange-traded tracking product (ETP) research group at Wells Fargo Advisors, providing Financial Advisors and their clients with individual security recommendations in the CEF and ETP universes. Mariana began her career at Furman Selz in New York as an associate analyst following technology companies long before the Internet became a household name. She joined Wachovia Securities (a predecessor company of Wells Fargo Advisors) in 1991 as an analyst in Investment Strategy. Mariana began following CEFs in 1993, and she assumed coverage of ETPs in the late 1990s. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Mariana has been widely quoted in publications such as Barron's, BusinessWeek, Forbes, TheStreet.com and The Wall Street Journal. She was graduated from Princeton University in Engineering and Management Systems, a program in the Civil Engineering & Operations Research department.

Michael Jabara is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and is head of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) and closed-end fund (CEF) research team. The team is responsible for coverage on over 300 US-listed ETFs and is responsible for rating 100 CEFs. Michael began his professional career at Prudential Securities in ETF and CEF research in 2002, joined Citigroup in 2005, and Morgan Stanley in 2010. Michael graduated from Villanova University with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting.

Jon Maier Head of ETF Strategy Bank of America Merrill Lynch |
Jon Maier serves as the lead strategist for ETFs, and runs BofA Merrill Lynch’s ETF Portfolio Solutions Team. In this role Jon serves as Portfolio Manager for 20 domestic and international ETF portfolios across all asset classes, he also provides guidance to BofA Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors and clients in navigating ETFs as well as Closed-End Funds, he was previously the senior Closed-End Fund analyst and ETF strategist at BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Jon was with UBS and its predecessor firm PaineWebber covering Closed-End Funds since 1997. Jon has also worked on privatization projects as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Kiev, Ukraine, and was a financial analyst with the American International Group. Jon received his BBA degree from Emory University.
